CHAKRASNANAM OBSERVED AT SRI SKVST

Srinivasa Mangapuram, 30 December 2017: On the ocassion of Vaikunta Dwadasi TTD organised Chakrasnanam in the pushkarini of Sri Kalyana Venkateswara Swami Temple at Srinivasa Mangapuram .where the Vaikunta dwara Darshanam was organised to give devotees the experince of Vaikunta Darashanam.

Sri Sudarshana Chakrattalwar was taken on a celestial procession in the early hours of saturday and Chakrasnanam was performed.The temple priests performed holy dip to Sri Sudarshana Chakrattalwar,the sacred disc weapon of Lord in the temple tank, after performing snapana tirumanjanam to the sudarshana chakrattalwar amidst chanting of vedic mantras

At the scheduled muhurat, the priests took the disc in the waters of temple tank and immersed it and performed chakrasnanam,which marked the grand completion .Devotees witnessed the entire ceremony. Local temple DyEO Sri Venkataiah, AEO Sri Dhananjeyulu and others officials were also present.
