CHIEF JUSTICE OF INDIA OFFERS PRAYERS AT TIRUMALA TEMPLE

TIRUMALA, 6 September 2014: Honb’le Chief Justice of Supreme Court of India Justice Rajendra Mal Lodha accompanied by wife Smt. Sudha Lodha offered prayers in the hill shrine of Lord Venkateswara on Saturday evening along with his family members.

On his arrival at Sri Vari Temple, the priests and officials have welcomed the Honourable CJ with Temple honors ( ISTHIKAPAL) and led to the sanctum sanctorium.

Later he offered prayers to the presiding deity of Lord Venkateswara, Vakula mata, Ananda Nilayam Vimana Venkateswara, Bhashyakarla Sannidhi and Yoga Narasimha Swamy in the Sanctum Sanctorum. After offering prayers the Vedic Pundits rendered Vedasirvachanam to the delegates at Ranganayakula Mandapam. TTD EO Sri MG Gopal and JEO Sri K.S.Sreenivasa Raju offered Prasadams, lamination photo and religious books to the honourable chief justice of Supreme Court.
