CHIEF SECRETARY REVIEWS ON PREZ VISIT TO TIRUMALA

TIRUMALA, JUNE 23: The Chief Secretary of AP, Sri IYR Krishna Rao reviewed with the TTD and district officials over the scheduled visit of the Hon’ble President of India Dr Pranab Mukherji to Tirumala on July1.

The review meeting was held at Annamaiah Bhavan in Tirumala on Tuesday evening. The security and darshan arrangements to be made have been discussed with the respective heads.

After the review meeting, the CS told the media persons that country’s first citizen will be first offering prayers in Tiruchanoor and later at Tirumala on July 1. “The Hon’ble President and his entourage will be leaving on the same day itself”, he maintained.

TTD EO Dr D Sambasiva Rao, JEOs Sri KS Sreenivasa Raju, Sri P Bhaskar, CVSO Sri Nagendra Kumar, IG of Rayalaseema Sri Gopalakrishna, DIG Sri Balakrishna, District Collector Sri Siddhartha Jain, Municipal Commissioner Sri Vinay Chand and others were also present.
