CM OFFERS SILK VASTRAMS TO LORD

Tirumala, 3 October, 2016: Honourable Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Sri N Chandrababu Naidu, offered new silk clothes to Lord Venkateswara as a mark of obeisance on behalf of the state government.

In the capacity of Head of the State Sri Naidu carried Vastrams in a traditional manner from Bedi Anjaneya Swamy temple to Srivari temple. Later he offered prayers to Lord Venkateswara and Vedic pundits offered vedasirvachanam to the CM and his entourage at Ranganayakula Mandapam after darshan. Later he took part in the first Vahana Seva-Peddasesha Vahanam.

The chief minister also released the 12-sheet calendar, single page calender of Goddess Padmavathi, Lord Venkateswara, diaries for the year 2017.

CM MESSAGE AT DWAJAROHANA OF BRAHMOTSAVAM- 2016

AP Chief Minister Sri Nara Chandrababu Naidu today said that he prayed for blessings of Lord Venkateswara for the well being of the people of AP which was treading the path of development slowly but steadily.

Speaking after the Dwajarohana ceremony of Brahmotsavam-2016 at the Srivari Temple the Chief Minister said he was glad that the TTD administration has taken up the task of facilitating the devotees with land mark facilities of anna prasadam,laddu prasadam , rooms and comfortable darshan of Lord Venkateswara on a war footing and in a satisfactory manner.

He appealed to devotees to utilize the opportunities provided by TTD for a comfortable stay and view the colorful events of Vahana sevas, cultural activities, exhibitions during their stay at Tirumala.
