CONSTRUCTION OF SRIVARI SEVA BUILDING TO COMMENCE IN COUPLE OF MONTHS-TTD CE

Tirumala, 4 july 2014: The construction works for the Rs.70cr massive building planned to accommodate srivari seva volunteers in Tirumala will commence in next couple of months said, TTD Chief Engineer Sri Chandra Sekhar Reddy.

Addressing the mammoth gathering of srivari seva volunteers at Astana Mandapam in Tirumala on Friday as part the weekly counselling classes organised to the sevakulu, the CE lauded the services of Srivari Sevakulu. He sought them to inform the concerned officers immediately if they come across any engineering lapses in their service areas.

Later, HDPP Special Officer Sri Raghunath in his address briefed the sevakulu about the upcoming spiritual programmes mulled by TTD and sought the voluntary participation of Srivari Sevakulu in these programmes. “This month, TTD is first time organising “Sri Venkateswara Vaibhavotsavams” in a big way in Vizag from July 21 to 29. Similarly on August 10, the Sravana Pournami Managudi programme will be observed in over 40 temples this time. For both the ambitious programmes of TTD, your participation and support is required”, he added.

Meanwhile TTD PRO and Srivari Seva HOD Sri T Ravi presided over the function. The meeting was attended by over 1500 Srivari Seva volunteers who hailed from different parts of the country to offer free services to the visiting pilgrims in Tirumala.
