CONVENIENT DARSHAN TO PILGRIMS ON NEW YEAR AND VAIKUNTHA EKADSI, DWADASI IS OUR MOTTO-TTD EO

Tirumala 17,December,2016: Providing hassle free darshan to common pilgrims on New Year and Vaikuntha Ekadasi and Vaikuntha Dwadasi is the top priority of TTD, said TTD EO Dr D Samba Siva Rao.

Later, talking to media persons outside Tirumala temple after having darshan of Lord Venkateswara on Saturday, the EO said, keeping in view the past experiences, significant improvement will be seen in providing accommodation, darshan, annaprasadams during the ensuing New Year, Vaikuntha Ekadasi, Vaikuntha Dwadasi on January 1, 8 and 9 respectively.

Earlier TTD EO trekked along the Alipiri foot path route and reached Tirumala. In the mid way, the EO also verified the functioning of Primary Health Care units and expressed his satisfaction. He later interacted with the pilgrims to know their problems in the trekking path.

He instructed the concerned to keep the premises of foot path route clean and tidy and also instructed the TTD PRO Dr T Ravi to keep the sale of 2017 calendars and diaries in all the information centres in Tirumala for the sake of pilgrims.
