CURTAINS DOWN FOR BHASYAKARA ARADHANOTSAVAMS

Tirupati, 24 April 2015: The ten-day fete of the Aradhana Mahotsavams of Bhagavat Sri Ramanujacharya came to a grand conclusion on Friday.

Under the aegis of Sri Alwar Divya Prabandha Project of TTD, a ten-day religious fete has been observed on different dates in different places across AP, TS, TN and Karnataka as a part of the 998th Avatarotsavams of Sri Ramanujacharya besides Tirumala and Tirupati.

The Avatarotsavams have been observed with religious pomp in the important cities of Sri Perambadur, Madhurantakam, Kanchi, Melkote, Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam, Hyderabad also.

Meanwhile on Friday, Professor Sri Rajagopal of Rastriya Sanskrit Vidya Peetha(RSVP) delivered discourse on Sri Ramanujacharya-Tirumala Connection and Dr Sampath Kumaracharya rendered lecture on Sri Ramanujacharya Vaibhavam written in “Yatiraja Vimsati” by Sri Manavala Mahamuni in Sri Annamacharya Kalamandiram in Tirupati. Later the artists of Annamacharya Project rendered Sankeertans.

Project Incharge Officer Sri VG Chokkalingam, All Projects Deputy EO Smt Sharada were also present.
