The TTD-run BIRRD Hospital is being developed further with the best medical standards and a dedicated team of Doctors and paramedical staff said JEO (H&E) Smt Sada Bhargavi.
On Wednesday JEO along with doctors and officials inspected the BIRRD Hospital. Speaking on this occasion, she said that under the orders of TTD EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy, BIRRD Hospital is being developed as the best Orthopedic Hospital in the country.
She said that many medical experts from different parts of the country come here and perform free operations for the poor. She said that the best medical services are being provided at BIRRD regarding knee and hip replacements.
The JEO congratulated the officials of the Forest Department for the speedy completion of the development works in the hospital in improving greenery and for creating a more pleasant environment by growing plants in the vacant areas of the hospital premises. She explained that the BIRRD has a blood bank with state-of-the-art equipment, a central blood testing center, and CT scan machines.
Earlier, she inspected the facilities and medical services being provided to the patients at the Hospital. The emergency ward, general ward, X-ray, scanning, and OP wards were also inspected. Later she met with doctors and para-medical staff and inquired about their problems. BIRRD OSD Dr. Reddeppa Reddy, Dr. Venugopal, Dr. Deepak, and other doctors, and staff participated in this program.

ఈ సంద‌ర్భంగా జేఈవో మాట్లాడుతూ, టీటీడీ ఈవో శ్రీ ఎవి.ధర్మారెడ్డి ఆదేశాల మేర‌కు బర్డ్ ఆసుపత్రిని దేశంలోనే అత్యుత్తమ ఆర్థో పెడిక్ ఆసుప‌త్రిగా అభివృద్ధి చేస్తున్న‌ట్లు చెప్పారు. దేశంలోని వివిధ ప్రాంతాల నుండి అనేక మంది వైద్య నిపుణులు బర్డ్ కు వచ్చి పేదలకు ఉచితంగా ఆపరేషన్లు చేస్తున్నారని తెలిపారు. మోకీలు మార్పిడి, తుంటి మార్పిడికి సంబంధించి బర్డ్ ఆసుపత్రిలో అత్యుత్తమ వైద్య సేవలు అందుతున్నాయన్నారు. ఆసుపత్రిలో జ‌రుగుతున్న అభివృద్ధి ప‌నులు వేగంగా పూర్తి చేసిన ఇంజినీరింగ్, ఆసుపత్రి ప్రాంగ‌ణంలో ఖాళీగా ఉన్న స్థలాల్లో మొక్కలు పెంచి మ‌రింత ఆహ్లాదకరమైన వాతావరణం పెంపొందించిన అట‌వీ శాఖ అధికారుల‌ను జెఈవో అభినందించారు. బర్డ్‌లో అత్యాధునిక పరికరాలతో కూడిన బ్లడ్ బ్యాంక్, కేంద్రీయ రక్త పరీక్ష కేంద్రం, సిటి స్కాన్ యంత్ర ప‌రిక‌రాలు ఉన్నాట్లు వివ‌రించారు.
అంతకుముందు బర్డ్ ఆసుపత్రిలో రోగులకు అందుతున్న సదుపాయాలు, వైద్య సేవలను ఆమె పరిశీలించారు. అత్యవసర వార్డు, జనరల్ వార్డు, ఎక్స్ రే, స్కానింగ్, ఓపి వార్డులను పరిశీలించి ప‌లు సూచ‌న‌లు చేశారు. అనంత‌రం డాక్ట‌ర్లు, పారా మెడిక‌ల్ సిబ్బందితో స‌మావేశ‌మై వారి స‌మ‌స్య‌ల‌ను అడిగి తెలుసుకున్నారు.
