DHWAJA AVAROHANAM MARKS SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF BRAHMOTSAVAMS

Tirumala, 21 September 2018: On the ninth day evening on Friday, the Garuda flag was lowered as a mark of completion of the Navahnika Brahmostavams amidst the chanting of vedic mantras.

The entire puja vidhi was performed in the dwajastamba mandapam. The priests then lowered the garudaflag on dwajam which marked the conclusion of the annual fete.

The jeeyangar swamijis, TTD EO Sri Anil Kumar Singhal, Temple DyEO Sri Haridranath, Peishkar Sri Ramesh, vedic scholars, archakas were also present.
