DHWAJAVAROHANAM PERFORMED

Appalayagunta, 21 Jun. 19: The lowering of Garuda flag from temple pillar, Dhwajavarohanam was observed with religious fervour in Appalayagunta on Friday.

The Garuda flag was hoisted on first day of annual brahmotsavams at Sri Prasanna Venkateswara temple inviting all deities of the different worlds to the mega event while on the last day the flag is lowered marking the grand success of event.
