DIVINE SIBLING DUO ENTHRALL THE PILGRIMS

TIRUCHANOOR, NOV 22: Goddess Sri Padmavathi Devi in the guise of Sri Rajagopala Swamy took a celestial ride on the sacred Kalpavriksha Vahanam-the blissful wishful filling divine tree on fourth Day of the annual brahmotsavams on Saturday morning.

According to ancient Hindu scriptures, both Goddess Sri Mahalakshmi and the Divine Kalpavriksha tree emerged during the Ksherasagara Madanam and are considered to be siblings. In this way, Goddess Padmavathi Devi who is also considered to be the incarnation of Goddess Mahalakshmi Devi took a pleasant ride on the Kalpavriksha Vahanam which happens to be Her divine sibling.

The guise of Goddess depicted the Rajagopala form where Lord Sri Krishna as the caretaker of the cowherd. With a peacock fin in one hand, Mantradanda on other hand, the Goddess graced the pilgrims on the nicely designed golden Kalpavriksha Vahana with all splendour. The celestial beauty of the “boon giving tree” enhanced with the “Sammohana”(resplendent prettiness) of Goddess.

Tens of thousands of pilgrims thronged to witness the enchanting beauty of Goddess in the guise of Rajagopala Swarupa on the holy tree.
