ELABORATE ARRANGEMENTS FOR ISCA DELEGATES-TTD EO

Tirupati, 26 December 2016: As the prestigious Indian Science Congress is going to take place in temple city of Tirupati from January 3 to 7, TTD EO directed the officials concerned to see that the stay and darshan of delegates be taken care of without any inconvenience.

During the weekly review meeting in his chambers in Tirupati on Monday, the EO said the delegates who are participating in ISCA will be accommodated in seven of our educational institutions. “The repair works, furniture, cots, beds and electrical arrangements including geysers, LED lights in these venues should be completed within couple of days. Venue-wise incharges should be appointed to liaison with ISCA special team officials “, EO directed the concerned.

The HDPP should enlist the schedule of cultural events which are going to be performed in Mahati Kalakshetram during this period. TTD publication cum sales stall, calendars, diaries and Rs.300 darshan counter should also be arranged at the main stage of the conference for the sake of the delegates”, the EO added.

RECYCLING UNIT AT SKVST

The EO directed the officials concerned to negotiate with the Archaelogical Survey of India officials for permission to set up a recycling water unit in the temple tank of Pushkarini at Sri Kalyana Venkateswara Swamy temple in Srinivasa Mangapuram.

The EO also instructed the heads of various local temples to complete the parakamani of the respective temple hundis before December 30 and deposit in banks. Over the complaints with respect to Donor Management Cell, he instructed the concerned to immediately resolve them as soon as they get from Call Centres.

The EO directed the SVBC chief to design promos on e-Hundi and e-Donation in most attractive way for the sake of pilgrims.

All Projects Special Officer Sri N Muktheswara Rao, CE Sri Chandrasekhar Reddy, Additional FACAO Sri Balaji and other department heads were also present.
