ENHANCE THE QUALITY OF PILGRIM SERVICE-EO

Tirumala, 9 July 2015: TTD EO Dr.D Sambasiva Rao has instructed the APTDC-run Information and Complaints cells in Tirumala to improve the quality of service they have been offering to pilgrims.

Reviewing with the APTDC officials in his bungalow in Tirumala on Thursday, the EO said, with the increased pilgrim activity in Tirumala, the centres should also function effectively and he instructed the TTD officials concern to update the supervisors of the centres about accommodation, darshan, kalyanakatta positions every week so that they could offer better services to pilgrims.

Tirumala JEO Sri KS Sreenivasa Raju, TTD PRO Sri T Ravi, APTDC PRO Sri Chandrasekhar Reddy were also present.
