EO ASKS HoDs TO ENHANCE SERVICE QUALITY FOR NAVARATHRI BRAHMOTSAVAMS

Tirumala, 29 September 2015: TTD EO Dr D Sambasiva Rao on Tuesday called upon the various HoDs of TTD to enhance their efficiency levels for the upcoming Navarathri Brahmotsavams and give best of their services to pilgrims.

Reviewing with officials on the mega event arrangements at Annamaiah Bhavan in Tirumala, the EO said, as more number of pilgrims are expected since the mega event coincides with Dussera holidays, he cautioned all departments to enhance their abilities and be prepared to meet the requirements of pilgrim influx at every level. “Be it providing Annaprasadam or accommodation or darshan or kalyanakatta services, there should be incredible improvement in every area”, he added.

He asked the Annaprasadam wing to come out with an action plan about the supply of food, butter milk and water packets to pilgrims in galleries during ensuing Brahmotsavams. “More than quantity our prime focus is on quality. Even the Srivari Sevakulu and scouts and guides who are selected to offer services to pilgrims shoukd be based in terms of their qualitative service”, he directed the concerned officers.

He asked the vigilance, medical and health and engineering wings to enhance their services. “You all have done a good job during annual Brahmotsavams. I am anticipating enhanced services from you all for the ensuing Navarathri Brahmotsavams”, he observed.
