EO CALL ON DEPARTMENTS TO GEAR UP FOR SUMMER RUSH

Tirupati, 30 March 2015: TTD EO Dr D Samba Siva Rao on Monday called upon the HoDs of various departments to gear up for summer rush.

Reviewing with various departments in his chambers in TTD Administrative building in Tirupati along with JEOs Sri KS Sreenivasa Raju and Sri P Bhaskar, he said, as the summer vacation is set to start, there should not be any compromise in making arrangements to the multitude of visiting pilgrims especially in terms of providing hassle free darshan, accommodation, tonsuring services.

He has instructed the concerned HoDs of various departments to prepare an action plan chart and execute accordingly during summer rush.

The EO also directed the Engineering wing to complete the pending works and see that all the fountains in Tirumala function since they will act as a special attraction to the visiting pilgrims. He also cautioned them to see that there will not be any water problem in the guest houses during the peak season.

The EO said, Srivari Sevakulu should be trained in an enhanced manner so as to extract better services from them for the visiting pilgrims.
