EXCERPTS OF TTD BOARD MEETING
TIRUMALA, 14 Jun. 16:The TTD Trust board meeting held at Annamaiah Bhavan under the Chairmanship of Dr Ch Krishnamurthy, has given green signal to some important resolutions.

ENGINEERING WORKS:
Nod for tenders towards the construction an OP block with six operation theatres in BIRRD hospital at Tirupati at a cost of Rs.4.22crores.
Construction of SVBC studio And office at Replica temple near Alipiri at a cost of Rs.14.50crores.
Construction of Kalyana Mandapam at Kondapi in Prakasam district at a cost of Rs.1.25crores
Sanction for an amount of Rs.25 lakhs to take up renovation of Sri sringara vallabha swamy temple at peddapuram in East Godavari and Rs.31.25lakhs for repairs of Sri Vallabha Narayana swamy temple at Amudalavalasa in Srikakulam districts.
MARKETING SANCTIONS:
Approval towards procurement of 3.75lakh kilos of cashew nuts at a cost of Rs.25crores for six months.
Nod to pay Rs.7.05crores towards the procurement of 9.18lakh kilos and 6.12kilos of sona masuri rice from AP and TS Rice Millers Association respectively.
36 thousand kilos of cardamom – Rs.3.99cr(for 4 months)
35000kilos of black gram with husk (used to prepare vada) at a cost of Rs.56lakhs.
4.40Lakhs kilos of jaggery – Rs.1.64cr
70lakh SS double edged full blades at Rs.1.61crores
Resolved to procure 1.25lakh pieces of cotton blouses.
HUMAN HAIR AUCTION
Through the e-Auction human hair in April 2016, TTD garnered Rs.5.71crores.
REVENUE AND PROPERTIES
Approval to bear registration charges towards the house property donation made by Sri Babu Lokanatham and Smt Jayasri Babu of Bengaluru.
OTHERS:
To include Tirupati based Meghana Multi Specialty Dental Hospital and JC Dental hospital among the list of hospitals providing medication to retired, in service employees and their family members.
Licence extended to the shops provided by TTD to run Dharmic, Banks and Media offices.
Enhancement of Night Halt Batta and kilometer batta to TTD drivers
Conversion of a Veena Lecturer post to Dolu lecturer post in SV college of music and dance
Appointment of Dr V Venkatratnam as OSD to PRO
Enhancement of time scale to five members of Mirasi barbers in Kalyanakatta.
