FLOAT FESTIVAL IN SRI KAPILESWARA SWAMY TEMPLE

Tirupati, Dec 16: On the third day of ongoing five day annual float festival in Sri Kapileswara Swamy Temple, The processional Deity of Lord Soma Skanda Swamy Varu along with His cosorts were mounted atop a float  and were dragged around the holy tank amidst great religious fervor from 6.30pm to 7.30pm. Tens of thousands of devotees congregated on the holy steps of the temple tank.

DyEO(LT) Sri Chandrasekhar Pillai, VGO Sri Hanumanthu, Suptd Sri Munisekhar Reddy,temple staff were also present on the occasion.
