GEAR UP FOR VAIKUNTHA EKADASI AND DWADASI – TIRUMALA JEO

Tirumala, 1 December 2015: Tirumala JEO Sri KS Sreenivasa Raju called upon the heads of various departments to gear up for the twin mega religious fete of Vaikuntha Ekadasi and Vaikuntha Dwadasi which are in offing on December 21 and 22.

Reviewing on the arrangements at his chambers in CRO in Tirumala on Tuesday, he said, keeping in view the past experience, all the departments should offer services to the pilgrims in an enhanced manner in their respective areas.

“This year beginning on January 1 and 2, we had Vaikuntha Ekadasi and Vaikuntha Dwadasi and again by the year end the mega religious festivals are repeating. So we should able to give much better services to visiting pilgrims”, he observed.

SE II Sri Ramachandra Reddy, DyEOs Sri C Ramana, Sri Kodanda Rama Rao, Sri Harindranath, Sri Jhansi, Sri Venugopal, Health Officer Dr Sermishtha and others were also present.
