TIRUPATI, 09 JANUARY 2024: TTD JEO Sri Veerabrahmam instructed the officials concerned to gear up for the annual brahmotsavams at Vontimitta scheduled in April this year.
A review meeting was held on in his Chambers with various HoDs concerned in TTD Administrative Building on Tuesday evening.
He directed the Engineering officials to commence the required preparatory works to erect barricades, queue lines, route map, galleries, separate service route for the distribution of Annaprasadam, water, electrical illumination etc. As more devotees are being anticipated for the celestial Kalyanam, he asked the officials to be prepared for the big event.
He also directed to prepare an action plan for the maintenance of hygiene, preparation of Talambralu, coordinated security arrangements etc.
The JEO also directed the concern to take the advice from the Agama advisors and religious staff of Sri Kodanda Ramalayam at Vontimitta and prepare the Brahmotsavam booklet with all details of festivities everyday.

తిరుప‌తి, 2024 జనవరి 09: ఈ సంవత్సరం ఏప్రిల్ నెలలో ఒంటిమిట్ట శ్రీ కోదండ రామాల‌య బ్ర‌హ్మోత్స‌వాలు ఘనంగా నిర్వహించేందుకు ఏర్పాట్లు ముమ్మరం చేయాలని టీటీడీ జేఈవో శ్రీ వీర‌బ్ర‌హ్మం అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు. బ్రహ్మోత్సవాల ఏర్పాట్లపై మంగళవారం జేఈవో తన కార్యాలయంలో అధికారులతో సమీక్ష నిర్వహించారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా జేఈవో మాట్లాడుతూ టీటీడీ ఆగమసలహాదారులను సంప్రదించి బ్రహ్మోత్సవాలకు అవసరమైన బుక్ లెట్ ను, శ్రీ సీతారాముల కల్యాణం ముహూర్త పత్రికను సిద్ధం చేయాలని కోరారు. ఇంజినీరింగ్ విభాగం ఆధ్వర్యంలో కల్యాణ వేదిక వద్ద బారికేడ్లు, క్యూలైన్లు, గ్యాలరీలు, రూట్ మ్యాప్ సిద్ధం చేయాలన్నారు. గ్యాలరీల్లోని భక్తులకు తలంబ్రాలు, అన్నప్రసాదాలు, తాగునీరు అందించేందుకు సర్వీస్ రూట్ ఏర్పాటు చేయాలన్నారు. గ్యాలరీలోని భక్తులందరికీ అన్నప్రసాదాలు సక్రమంగా అందేలా ప్రణాళికలు రూపొందించాలన్నారు. మెరుగైన పారిశుద్ధ్యం కోసం ప్రత్యేకంగా కార్యాచరణ రూపొందించాలని, తాత్కాలిక మరుగుదొడ్లు ఏర్పాటు చేయాలని సూచించారు. ఆలయం, కళ్యాణవేదిక వద్ద శోభాయమానంగా విద్యుత్ దీపాలంకరణలు ఏర్పాటు చేయాలన్నారు. వైద్య బృందాలను అందుబాటులో ఉంచాలన్నారు. హిందూ ధర్మ ప్రచార పరిషత్ ఆధ్వర్యంలో సాంస్కృతిక కార్యక్రమాలు, శోభాయాత్ర నిర్వహించాలని సూచించారు.
