“GOODNESS IS NOTHING BUT GODLINESS-THIS IS ESSENCE OF SERVICE”

TIRUPATI, NOV 27:  Being good by doing selfless service to others is nothing but a human emerging “Divine” with his actions, said renowned scholar and former Hindu Dharma Prachara Parishad Secretary of TTD Dr P Chenchu Subbaiah.

On the third-day of the ongoing five day training class to Srivari seva trainers in SVETA bhavan in Tirupati on Wednesday, he said, quoting texts from Vedas, he said, “Sevamayam Sakalam Jagat”, meaning the entire cosmos is built and created by the almighty on the noble taught “Service”. This service is omnipresent. Starting from the air we breathe in, to the earth, the sky, the fire and the water- all the five important components of life-the panchabhutas are rendering impeccable service not only to mankind but to all living creatures. They are in fact the best example of how to render the service to their best, although the human beings are causing great harm to the Mother Nature”, he added.

“Hindu Sanatana Dharma strongly believes in “Manava Seve Madha Seva”-service to mankind is service to God. This is possible only when you have faith in self-manifestation of God within yourself, so that you can witness the presence of Almighty in others while offering service”, he added.

Later Director of SVETA Dr Ramakrishna, Secretary of Ramakrishna Mission in Tirupati Prof PV Reddy, Vedic Scholar Sri Rangarajan also enlightened the Srivari seva trainers on topics including Personality Development-communication skills, Great philosophers who pioneered service in India and essence of service in Hindu epics respectively.
