GRAND GOKULASHTAMI CELEBRATIONS AT SV GOSAMRAKSHANA SHALA ON SEPTEMBER 4 _ సెప్టెంబరు 4న ఎస్వీ గోసంరక్షణశాలలో వైభవంగా గోకులాష్టమి వేడుకలు

Tirupati, August 30, 2026: TTD will conduct Gokulashtami celebrations with devotion and grandeur on September 4 at Sri Venkateswara Gosamrakshana Shala in Tirupati. A series of spiritual and cultural programmes will be organised to mark the birth of Lord Sri Krishna and promote the values of cow worship and service.
Gosamrakshana Shala to Resemble Gokulam
The Gosamrakshana Shala is being decorated with mango-leaf festoons, flowers and other traditional decorations to create a Gokulam-like ambience. The cows will also be specially decorated for the occasion.
Devotees can participate in Go Seva by offering jaggery, rice and cattle feed to the cows. TTD has appealed to devotees to make use of this sacred opportunity to serve the Go Mata.
Spiritual Programmes from Morning
The programmes will begin at 5 am with Abhishekam to Sri Venugopalaswamy, followed by flute recital at 6 am and Vedic chanting at 7.30 am.
Artists of the TTD Dasa Sahitya Project will present bhajans and kolatams, while artists of the Annamacharya Project will render Sri Hari Sankeertanas at 8 am.
At 10 am, Gopuja and Harathi will be performed in the presence of Sri Venugopalaswamy, followed by cultural programmes. Darshan of the deity and prasadam will be provided to devotees.
Harikatha on Sri Krishna’s Divine Leelas
In the evening, the TTD Hindu Dharma Prachara Parishad will organise a Harikatha highlighting the divine leelas of Lord Sri Krishna and the significance of Go Seva.
TTD has appealed to devotees to participate in large numbers in the Gokulashtami celebrations and receive the blessings of Lord Sri Krishna and Go Mata through Gopuja and Go Seva.

తిరుపతి, 2026 ఆగస్టు 30: తిరుపతిలోని టీటీడీ శ్రీ వేంకటేశ్వర గోసంరక్షణశాలలో సెప్టెంబరు 4న గోకులాష్టమి వేడుకలను భక్తిశ్రద్ధలతో వైభవంగా నిర్వహించనున్నారు. శ్రీకృష్ణ జన్మదిన వేడుకలకు గోసంరక్షణశాల ఆధ్యాత్మిక వేదికగా నిలవనుంది. భక్తిభావాన్ని పెంపొందించేలా గోపూజతో పాటు వేదపఠనం, భజనలు, కోలాటాలు, సంకీర్తనలు, హరికథ తదితర కార్యక్రమాలను టీటీడీ నిర్వహించనుంది.
గోమాత సేవ.. శ్రీకృష్ణునికి ప్రీతికరం
గోవులను ప్రేమించిన గోపాలకృష్ణుని జన్మదినమైన గోకులాష్టమికి గోసంరక్షణశాలలో ప్రత్యేక ప్రాధాన్యం ఉంది. సనాతన ధర్మంలో గోమాతను పవిత్రంగా భావిస్తూ గోసేవ, గోపూజలకు విశిష్ట స్థానం కల్పించారు. ఈ సంప్రదాయాన్ని భక్తుల్లో మరింతగా పెంపొందించే ఉద్దేశంతో టీటీడీ ప్రతి ఏటా గోకులాష్టమి వేడుకలను నిర్వహిస్తోంది.
గోకులాన్ని తలపించేలా గోసంరక్షణశాల
గోకులాష్టమి సందర్భంగా గోసంరక్షణశాలను మామిడి తోరణాలు, పూలమాలలు, ప్రత్యేక అలంకరణలతో గోకులాన్ని తలపించేలా తీర్చిదిద్దుతున్నారు. గోవులను అందంగా అలంకరించి భక్తులకు కనువిందు చేసేలా ఏర్పాట్లు చేస్తున్నారు.
భక్తులు గోవులకు బెల్లం, బియ్యం, పశుగ్రాసం అందించి గోసేవలో భాగస్వాములు కావచ్చు. గోమాతకు గ్రాసదానం పుణ్యప్రదమని విశ్వసించే భక్తులు ఈ పవిత్ర అవకాశాన్ని సద్వినియోగం చేసుకోవాలని టీటీడీ కోరుతోంది.
ఉదయం నుంచి ఆధ్యాత్మిక కార్యక్రమాలు
గోకులాష్టమి రోజున ఉదయం 5 గంటలకు శ్రీ వేణుగోపాలస్వామివారికి అభిషేకం, 6 గంటలకు వేణుగానం, 7.30 గంటలకు వేదపఠనం నిర్వహిస్తారు.
టీటీడీ దాససాహిత్య ప్రాజెక్టు కళాకారులచే భజనలు, కోలాటాలు, ఉదయం 8 గంటలకు అన్నమాచార్య ప్రాజెక్టు కళాకారులచే శ్రీహరి సంకీర్తనలు ఆలపిస్తారు.
ఉదయం 10 గంటలకు శ్రీ వేణుగోపాలస్వామివారి సన్నిధిలో గోపూజ, హారతి నిర్వహిస్తారు. అనంతరం సాంస్కృతిక కార్యక్రమాలు ఉంటాయి. భక్తులకు స్వామివారి దర్శనం, ప్రసాదం పంపిణీ చేస్తారు.
సాయంత్రం శ్రీకృష్ణ లీలలపై హరికథ
సాయంత్రం టీటీడీ హిందూ ధర్మప్రచార పరిషత్ ఆధ్వర్యంలో శ్రీకృష్ణుని దివ్య లీలలు, గోసేవ మహత్యాన్ని వివరించే హరికథ నిర్వహించనున్నారు.
