EO TAKES PART IN MUTYALA TALAMBRALU PROCESSION

Tirupati, 16 April 2016: The most important, auspicious and sacred event- Sri Sita Rama Kalyanam took place with utmost religious fervour in the famous, ancient temple of Lord Sri Kodanda Rama Swamy in Tirupati on Saturday evening.

The celestial bridegroom and celestial bride seated in all their splendour on the specially decked Kalyana Vedika and the celestial wedding has been performed amidst the chanting of vedic mantras by the priests of the temple.

The devotees who thronged to witness the celestial wedding were captivated by the divine charm of the divine couple.

Dyeo Smt Munilakshmi, Superintendent Sri Uma Maheshwar Reddy Temple Inspector Sri Sesha Reddy, Temple Archaka Sri Nandu Swamy, Archakas Sri Kiran Swamy, Tarun Swamy and large number of devotees took part.

The next important episode of Sri Rama Charitam, the celestial coronation ceremony-Sri Rama Pattabhishekam, on Sunday between 7pm to 8:30pm.

TEPPOTSAVAMS FROM APRIL 19-21

The annual three-day teppotsavams will be observed from April 19-21 in Sri Ramachandra Pushkarini every day evening between 7pm and 8:30pm.
