TIRUPATI, 04 AUGUST 2023: The JEO for Health and Education Smt Sada Bhargavi has reviewed with the officials concerned on the Suddha Tiurmala-Sundara Tirumala which is scheduled to take place on August 12.
The review meeting was held at Administrative Building in Tirupati. Speaking on the occasion, the JEO directed officials concerned that following the success of the Suddha Tirumala Sundara Tirumala under the directives of TTD EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy on May 13 earlier, this time the program is organised involving all educational institutions of TTD on August 12.
She said, the mass cleaning activity will be carried out in both the ghat roads and footpaths with the participation of the students, faculties and officials of educational institutions dividing the places into sectors.
The JEO said one officer need to be made in-charge of one sector and also instructed the Health, Vigilance and Forest officials to be a part of the event on that day.
She later directed the Principals of the respective colleges to coordinate with the Annaprasadam staff of Tirupati and arrange snacks, food, water, etc. for students. and instructed the Health Wing officials to arrange masks, gloves, dust bins, cleaning tools etc. “A medical team should also kept ready to attend to emergencies if any”, she instructed the concerned.
DEO Sri Bhaskar Reddy, Principals of various TTD colleges, officials were also present.

తిరుపతి 4 ఆగస్టు 2023: ఆగస్టు 12వ తేదీ నిర్వహించనున్న శుద్ధ తిరుమల- సుందర తిరుమల కార్యక్రమాన్ని చక్కగా నిర్వహించడానికి అవసరమైన చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని జేఈవో శ్రీమతి సదా భార్గవి అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు.
టీటీడీ పరిపాలన భవనంలో శుక్రవారం ఆమె ఈ అంశంపై సమీక్ష నిర్వహించారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా జేఈవో మాట్లాడుతూ, తిరుమల పవిత్రత, పర్యావరణాన్ని కాపాడటానికి ఈవో శ్రీ ఎవి ధర్మారెడ్డి పిలుపు మేరకు ఈ ఏడాది మే 13వ తేదీ తొలిసారిగా నిర్వహించిన శుద్ధ తిరుమల సుందర తిరుమల కార్యక్రమం విజయవంతమైందన్నారు. 12వ తేదీ విద్యార్థిని విద్యార్థులతో నిర్వహిస్తున్న కార్యక్రమాన్ని కూడా అదే తరహాలో విజయవంతం చేయాలన్నారు. టీటీడీ కళాశాలల, ఎన్ఎస్ఎస్, ఎన్ సిసి, ఇతర విద్యార్థిని విద్యార్థులు ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో పాల్గొనేలా ఏర్పాట్లు చేయాలన్నారు. మొదటి, రెండవ ఘాట్ రోడ్లు, రెండు నడకదారులను ఏడు సెక్టార్లుగా విభజించి ఒక్కో సెక్టారుకు ప్రత్యేకాధికారిని నియమించాలని ఆమె ఆదేశించారు. హెల్త్, ఫారెస్ట్, విజిలెన్స్ విభాగాలు కూడా ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో పాల్గొనాలని ఆమె చెప్పారు.
విద్యార్థులకు అవసరమైన తాగునీరు, ఆహారం, టి, స్నాక్స్ ఆయా కళాశాలల ప్రిన్సిపాళ్ళు తిరుపతి అన్నదానం విభాగంతో సమన్వయం చేసుకుని ఏర్పాటు చేయాలన్నారు. చెత్త వేసే కవర్లు, డస్ట్ బిన్లు, డిస్పోజల్ మాస్కులు, పరకలు, గ్లౌజులు సిద్ధం చేయాలని హెల్త్ ఆఫీసర్ ను ఆదేశించారు. సీఎంఓ మెడికల్ టీం ను అందుబాటులో ఉంచుకోవాలన్నారు . డిఈవో డాక్టర్ భాస్కర్ రెడ్డి, కళాశాలల ప్రిన్సిపాళ్ళు , ఇతర అధికారులు సమీక్షలో పాల్గొన్నారు.
