JEO INSPECTS IN TIRUMALA

Tirumala, 7 April 2015: The JEO of Tirumala Sri KS Sreenivasa Raju inspected various places in Tirumala on Tuesday.

As a part of his inspection he covered GNC tollgate, shopping complex, Luggage centers, VQC. He said, licences have been issued to 1407 shops and 704 hawkers by TTD. “The licences of the shops and hawkers will be cancelled if they violate the norms”, he added. He said the shops will be revisited in a week’s time. If the shopkeepers found violating norms, then their licences will be cancelled”, he alarmed.

He later instructed the officials concerned to see that necessary amendments be made to see that no accidents take place near GNC Tollgate, ring road and other vital junctions in Tirumala. He also instructed to make some changes in the vacant Scouts Bhavan and use it for Srivari Seva volunteers. He also instructed the officers in Vaikuntham queue complexes to see that pilgrims are not put to any sort of inconvenience during the upcoming summer vacation.

Additional CVSO Sri Sivakumar Reddy, SEII Sri Ramachandra Reddy, GM Transport Sri Sesha Reddy and others were also present.
