JEO INSPECTS VQC COMPARTMENTS

Tirumala, 8 June 2017: Tirumala JEO Sri KS Sreenivasa Raju on Thursday evening inspected the queue lines inside the temple and Vaikuntham queue complex I and II compartments.

During his inspection he observed the functioning of help desks, milk distribution to infants, feedback report by Srivari Seva volunteers, information display screens etc. He instructed the concerned officials to further improve the amenities to pilgrims. “Also train volunteers in gathering feedback reports with pilgrims by interacting with them”, he directed TTD PRO Dr T Ravi who also heads Srivari Seva wing.

He earlier inspected the temple where TTD is making alternate arrangements to avoid tussle among the pilgrims.

SE II Sri Ramachandra Reddy, Temple DyEO Sri Kodandarama Ramarao, Annaprasadam Special Officer Smt Chenchulakshmi, VGO Smt Vimala Kumari and other officers were also present.
