JEO REVIEWS ON DEVELOPMENTAL WORKS

Tirumala, 25 July 2016: Reviewing on the progress of developmental works in various departments, Tirumala JEO Sri KS Sreenivasa Raju on Monday instructed the HoDs to complete all pending works as per scheduled time frame.

The review meeting took place at Annamaiah Bhavan in Tirumala on Monday. He directing the engineering, health, annaprasadam and electrical wings to clear waste material debris from time to time.

The JEO also instructed the vigilance wing to see that the private jeeps won’t stop in TTD free bus stops.

Later he instructed the engineering wing to set up hot water pipe line at Boondi potu for roof top cleaning.

All HoDs were also present.

WE ARE READY FOR KRISHNA PUSHKARAMS-TIRUMALA JEO

After review meeting talking to media persons over the arrangements on Krishna Pushkarams which are scheduled from August 12-23, the JEO said, the temple will be opened in a ceremonial manner in PWD grounds on August 7 five days prior to the river utsavam for the sake of the pilgrims.

The JEO also elaborated on the Special Activities during Pushkarams:

· Temple opens on August 7 between 7:30am and 9am
· All sevas performed in Ekantam
. Four line darshan for the convenience of the pilgrims with separate entry-exit points
. Pushkara Harati in Padmavathi Ghat every day evening
· Unjal Seva every day between 7pm and 8pm
· Temple closes by 10pm
· Vedaghosha twice every day
· Annaprasadam distribution to over 25thousand pilgrims every day in TTD Kalyana Mandapam.
· Mini Laddus and prasadams after darshan

INSPECTS SRIVARI SEVA CONSTRUCTION SITE:

Later the Tirunala JEO Sri KS Sreenivasa Raju inspected the ongoing construction process of Srivari Seva Sadan located opposite Varahaswamy Rest House in Tirumala.
He also discussed about the route map of the movement of free buses in general and also during annual brahmotsavams.

SE II Sri Ramachandra Reddy, Transport GM Sri Sesha Reddy, VSO Sri Ravindra Reddy, Tirumala Traffic DSP Sri Malleswara Reddy were also present.
