JEO, SPs INSPECTS GALLERIES

Tirumala, 31 January 2017: With just couple of days left for annual Radhasapthami, Tirumala JEO Sri KS Sreenivasa Raju along with Chittoor SP and TTD CVSO In charge Sri G Srinivas and Tirupati Urban SP Smt Jayalakshmi inspected the four mada street galleries in Tirumala on Tuesday.

Speaking on this occasion the JEO said, all arrangements are in place for the big even on February 3. “As the Lord takes celestial ride on seven vahanams from dawn to dusk with an interval of one hour between each Vahanam, heavy pilgrim crowd is being anticipated and we have geared up for the same”, he added.

Later he said, necessary security arrangements have also been made by TTD along with police for pilgrim crowd management. “The sarva darshan, Pratyeka pravesha darshan and divya darshan will operate as usual. We have cancelled arjitha sevas, privilege darshans and VIP break on that day. We request the pilgrims to follow the prescribed norms by TTD towards the smooth conduct of the event”, he maintained.
