KARTHIKA DEEPOTSAVAM OBSERVED IN KT

Tirupati, 10 Dec. 19: The annual Karthika Deepotsavam has been observed with utmost devotion in Sri Kapileswara Swamy temple in Tirupati on Tuesday evening. 

The entire temple premises reverberated to the chants of “Hara Hara Maha Deva Sambho Shankara” with devotees reciting in union with religious ecstasy. 

Thousands of ghee lit mud lamps were arranged in the shape of Sivalingam and the main Karthika Jyothi is lit atop the mountain. 

Temple DyEO Sri Subramanyam,  Superintendent Sri Bhupathi and others were also present.
