KRITTIKA DEEPOTSAVAM IN SRI KT ON DEC 12

Tirupati, 11 December, 2016: The famous TTD sub shrine dedicated to Lord Shiva, Sri Kapilateertham is gearing up to observe the big religious event Karthika Deepotsavam on Monday.

The TTD has made elaborate security arrangements for the same as heavy influx of devotees is been anticipated.
In the evening after 6pm, the entire temple will be illuminated with ghee lit lamps. The people belonging to Gandra caste will also lit lamp “Karthika Deepam” at the top of the hill which has been a traditional custom since many years.

All the arrangements are being supervised by temple DyEO Sri Balaji.
