LADDU COUNTERS OPENED IN SRI PAT

Tiruchanur, 7 August 2016: The new Laddu counters has been opened in out side the temple of Sri Padmavathi Ammavaru temple at Tiruchanoor on Sunday by the temple DyEO Sri C Ramana.

Speaking on this occasion he said, following the instructions of TTD EO Dr D Sambasiva Rao and Tirupati Jeo Sri P Bhaskar, the Laddu counters have been shifted from inside temple to outside. The new building which was constructed behind Vahana Mandapam houses Laddu counters in ground floor and Parakamani in first floor with lift facility.

“As the number of pilgrims to the temple have incredibly increased in the recent times, to avoid congestion inside temple premises, we have set up five counters in this new complex. A chennai based donor has donated Rs.80 lakhs to construct this complex”, he added. The Laddu tokens with bar code will be issued to enhance transparency in the Laddu issuing system”, he maintained. AEO Sri Radhakrishna was also present.
