LAKSHAKUMKUMARCHANA IN TIRUCHANOOR ON DEC 7

Tirupati, 3 December 2015: The temple town of Tiruchanoor is gearing up for lakshakumkumarchana on December 7 on the eve of annual Karthika Brahmotsavams. This religious fete will take place from 7am to 12 noon where in the archakas will recite the various divine names of Goddess placing the Utsavamurthi in mukhamandapam and perform puja with vermilion. The Grihastas will be allowed to take part in this fete on payment of Rs.1116 per ticket for which two persons will be allowed.

ANKURARPANAM: On the same day evening Ankurarpanam-the celestial seed sowing festival will be observed in the temple between 6:30 pmand 8:30pm.
