LORD MALAYAPPA TO WED IN REPLICATED ANANDA NILAYA FROM MAY 4-6

Tirumala, 2 May 2017: The devotees this time will have an enhanced opportunity to witness the grand celestial annual wedding ceremony Sri Padmavathi Parinayotsavam from May 4-6 in the Ananda Nilaya Mandapam setting set up at Narayanagiri Gardens in Tirumala for the big fest.

The three day festival will be observed in the evening. On the first day Lord Malayappa Swamy will reach the Mandapam on small Gaja Vahana flanked by his two consorts Sri Devi and Bhu Devi on palanquins. On second day the Lord will reach the place on Aswa Vahanam while on final day on Garuda Vahanam.

The temple management has cancelled arjitha sevas including Arjitha Brahmotsavam, Vasanthotsavam and Sahasra Deepalankara Seva owning to this festival.
