Tirupati, 12 February 2016: As a part of the ongoing annual brahmotsavams of Lord Sri Prasanna Venkataramana Swamy in TTD-run temple at Kosuvari Palle, about 137km from Tirupati, in Chittoor District, the processional deity of the Lord, flanked by His two consorts took celestial ride on the finely decked “Kalpavriksha Vahanam” on Friday.

The Kalpavriksha Vahanam appeared more graceful as it is made with natural leaves of palm, coconut, banana and other decorative foilages. Apart from this abundant greenery, the presence of Pine apple, Apple, oranges, green and black grapes enhanced the glamour of the tastefully decorated vehicle. The unique feature of this “Natural” Kalpavriksha Vahanam is that different currency notes have also been decorated to the vehicle, making it to stand up to its significance-“Kalpa Vriksha”-which is the divine wish fulfilling tree.

The processional deities seated majestically on this beautifully and tastefully decked Kalpavriksha blessed the devotees.
