LT GOVERNOR OF J&K OFFERS PRAYERS TO HILL LORD

Tirumala, 1 Jan. 22:  The Lt Governor of J&K offered prayers in the Hill Shrine of Sri Venkateswara Swamy on Saturday.

Earlier, on his arrival at the main entrance of the temple-Maha Dwaram, he was welcomed by TTD EO Dr KS Jawahar Reddy, Addl Executive Officer Sri AV Dharma Reddy, and temple priests. 

After offering prayers to Dwajasthambham in the temple, the Governor had darshan of Lord Venkateswara.  Later at Ranganayakula Mandapam, the Vedic Pundits offered him Vedasirvachanam. 

The TTD EO presented Thirtha Prasadams and a Coffee Table Book on Lord to the Lt Governor.

Temple DyEO Sri Ramesh, others were present.
