“BE ROLE MODEL TO OTHERS”-CHAIRMAN TO GIRL STUDENTS

Tirupati, 29 August 2015: TTD Board Chairman Dr Ch Krishnamurthy on Saturday called upon the girl students of Sri Padmavthi Degree and PG college in Tirupati to know about the greatness Hindu Sanatana Dharma and lead the nation in future preserving the rich cultural legacy of the nation.

Sri Krishnamurthy took part in the seventh phase Managudi programme in the college and after offering prayers to Goddess Padmavathi Devi in the temple located inside the college premises he has distributed the Govinda Raksha Kankanams to the students.

Later speaking on this occasion he said, Managui is a unique programme aimed at creating awareness among the masses especially the youth of today about the great Hindu religion, culture, importance of temple and our vedic scripts.

“Today India is leading the entire world spiritually and tomorrow the students should take up this noble responsibility by acquiring knowledge on our rich heritage and culture and sustain the legacy. You are all blessed as you are studying in the abode of Lord Venkateswara in the institution named after His consort Goddess Padmavathi Devi. I wish you all to be role models to others”, he added.
