“NEW GEN WEBSITE SOON IN OFFING”-TTD EO

Tirumala, 8 Jan 2016: A “New Generation Website” for TTD which is more appealing to netizens with its informative data and simplified booking system of darshan, accommodation, Laddu Prasadam is soon in offing, said TTD Executive Officer Dr D Sambasiva Rao.

After the monthly “Dial Your Programme” at Annamaiah Bhavan addressing media persons in Tirumala he said, along with the experts of TTD IT wing, TTD is taking the services acclaimed IT institutions like TCS, SIFI etc. to design its official website to look more-pilgrim friendly.

“Already we have brought many revolutions in the booking system of darshan, accommodation and laddu Prasadams which not only streamlined but enhanced transparency in the system. Our aim is to give the best services to the pilgrims using technology. It is a never ending process. There is no end to ultimate development. Every day we can reinvent brush up our abilities to the best possible extent”, he observed.

CONCRETE PLAN OF ACTION IS OUR “SUCCESS MANTRA”-TIRUMALA JEO

Tirumala Jeo Sri KS Sreenivasa Raju said, under the instructions of TTD EO, the HoDs of various wings chalked out an action plan and worked with team spirit during Vaikuntha Ekadasi and New Year Day and provided hassle free darshan successfully to maximum number of pilgrims. “Concrete Plan of Action is our success mantra and we will work with the same spirit even in future too”, he added.

GOSEVA IN 300 CENTRES:

Tirupati JEO Sri P Bhaskar said, this year TTD will be observing Go Puja Mahotsavam across 300 centres in two Telugu States on Kanuma festival on January 16. “Apart from this awareness rallies will be conducted with the students in the respective districts by Dharma Prachara Mandali members on January 23 and competitions to the students on importance “Go Puja” will be conducted”, he added.

RAMANUJAR SERIAL TO BE RELAYED ON SVBC

The famous Tamil spiritual serial “Ramanujar” which is creating sensation in the entire Tamilnadu would be soon translated into Telugu and telecasted on TTD run Spiritual channel SVBC said, CEO Sri Narasimha Rao.

He said, the makers of the serial makers have given their consent to give free copy rights to TTD to air the serial as a part of their support to the promotion of Hindu Sanatana Dharma taken up by TTD. “A team lead by TTD Trust board member Sri Raghavendra Rao met the channel head in Chennai yesterday and our negotiations yielded fruitful results”, he said.
