NEW GOLD KATI-VARADA HASTAMS DONATED TO KALYANA VENKANNA

TIRUPATI, JULY 2: Two more precious jewels have been added to the temple coffers of Lord Sri Kalyana Venkateswara Swamy of Srinivasa Mangapuram temple with the donation made by the chief of Nagarjuna Constructions in the temple premises on Thursday morning.

Tirumala JEO Sri KS Sreenivasa Raju who is acting as the In-charge JEO of Tirupati also said, Sri KV Rangaraju of Nagarjuna Constructions has donated golden Kati-Varada hastams priced approximately Rs.42lakhs.

“The glory of Lord Sri Kalyana Venkateswara Swamy has been increasing in the recent times and it is considered next popular temple to Tirumala shrine. If once the master plan for the improvement of Sri Kalyana Venkateswara Swamy temple gets in place, the reputation of this ancient temple enhances. The state and central government ministers and authorities are also extending their help towards the improvement of this ancient temple”, he added.

Later the JEO thanked the donor couple for their largesse. He said many are donors are queuing up to make huge donations towards the development of this temple which is a welcoming gesture.

Temple DyEO Sri Venkataiah, AEO Sri Dhananjayulu, temple inspector Sri Ramesh were also present.
