NEW HOSTEL BUILDING FOR SPW POLYTECHNIC COLLEGE OPENED BY TTD BOARD CHIEF

Tirupati, 4 August 2016: TTD Trust Board Chairman Dr Ch Krishnamurthy on Thursday opened the hostel building of Sri Padmavathi Women’s polytechnic college in Tirupati.

Speaking on this occasion he said, the TTD educational institutions have been serving as ”Centers of Excellence” for the students hailing from economically backward classes. “We are also providing all sorts of facilities for the benefit of these students who are the future citizens of this great country. The new hostel building has come come up in spacious 39525 sq.ft. area at a cost of Rs.5.80crores with all facilities. This building has 67 rooms housing 268 girl students and dining hall with a holding capacity of 216 students “, he added.

Local legislator Smt Sugunamma expressed her confidence that the facilities provided by TTD would be of high standards for the sake of the students.

MLC Sri Srinivasulu Reddy said, the students who are undergoing education in TTD run institutions have the standards to settle in top most positions across the world taking the reputation of the institutions across the globe. TTD has to enhance more facilities to the students”, he added.
