NHRC CHAIRMAN OFFERS PRAYERS TO HILL LORD

Tirumala, 9 June 2016: National Human Rights Commission Chairperson Justice HL Dattu offered prayers in the hill shrine of Lord Venkateswara in Tirumala on Thursday morning.

On his arrival to the temple, he was accorded a warm welcome by TTD Tirumala Joint Executive Officer Sri KS Sreenivasa Raju at Mahadwaram.

After offering prayers in Tirumala temple, Justice HL Dattu was rendered Vedasirvachanam by the Vedic pundits in Ranganayakula Mandapam. Later he was presented with the Silk Vastrams, Prasadam, Teertham and lamination of Lord Venkateswara by Tirumala JEO.

Temple DyEO Sri Rama Rao, Reception Officials Sri Haridranath, Sri Lakshminarayana Yadav, Peishkar Sri R Selvam and others were present.
