PADMAVATHI SRINIVASA PARINAYOTSAVAM OFF TO A CEREMONIOUS START _ అష్టలక్ష్మీ, ద‌శావ‌తార మండపంలో వేడుకగా శ్రీ పద్మావతీ పరిణయోత్సవాలు ప్రారంభం
TIRUMALA, 29 APRIL 2023: The annual three-day festival, Sri Padmavathi Parinayotsavam commences on a grand religious note in Tirumala on Saturday evening in the finely decked Parinayotsavam Mandapam at the Narayanagiri Gardens.
This colourful divine wedding ceremony is being conducted every year on Navami, Dasami and Ekadasi in the holy month of Vaisakha. Sri Malayappa Swamy, the processional deity of Sri Venkateswara Swamy, arrived in style on Gaja vahana on the first day evening while His consorts Sridevi and Bhudevi arrived on separate palanquins to the wedding venue.
This divine wedding ceremony took place as per the Hindu marriage traditions in an interesting manner. As a part of this, Edurukolu (Receiving bride and groom facing one another), Poo Bantata (Game of Flower Balls) Vastra Dharanam(offering of new clothes) were conducted by Archakas.
After the completion of the wedding ceremony, the deities returned to the main temple.
The melodious rendition of Annamacharya Sankeertans and Nadaswaram enhanced the divinity of the event.
ASTA LAKSHMI-DASAVATARA MANDAPAM
The highlight of the celestial event is the erection of the Astalakshmi-Dasavatara Mandapam by the Garden wing of TTD to match the occasion. The beauty and grandeur of the divine wedding ceremony are enhanced by the splendid decorations of the stage with varieties of fruits, flowers, orchids, banana and mango leaves, Sri Krishna, temple bell, elephant and peacock settings.

తిరుమల, 2023 ఏప్రిల్ 29: తిరుమల నారాయణగిరి ఉద్యానవనాల్లో భూలోక వైకుంఠాన్ని తలపించే రీతిలో స్వర్ణకాంతులు విరజిమ్మేలా ఏర్పాటు చేసిన అష్టలక్ష్మీ, ద‌శావ‌తార మండపంలో శనివారం శ్రీ పద్మావతి పరిణయోత్సవాలు శోభాయమానంగా ప్రారంభమయ్యాయి. మే 1వ తేదీ వరకు ఈ ఉత్సవాలు జరుగనున్నాయి.
శ్రీ పద్మావతి పరిణయోత్సవాల్లో మొదటిరోజు అంటే వైశాఖశుద్ధ నవమిరోజైన శనివారం శ్రీమలయప్ప స్వామివారు గజవాహనాన్ని అధిరోహించగా, ఉభయనాంచారులు పల్లకిపై పరిణయోత్సవ మండపానికి సాయంత్రం 5.30 గంటలకు వేంచేపు చేశారు. శోభాయమానంగా తీర్చిదిద్దిన పెండ్లిమండపంలో నిత్య నూతన వధూవరులైన శ్రీస్వామివారికి, అమ్మవార్లకు ఎదుర్కోలు, పూలదండలు మార్చుకోవటం, పూలబంతులాట, నూతన వస్త్ర సమర్పణ కోలాహలంగా జరిగాయి. ఆ తరువాత స్వామివారికి కొలువు (ఆస్థానం) జరిగింది. ఈ కొలువులో సర్వజగత్ప్రభువైన శ్రీవేంకటేశ్వరస్వామి వారికి వేదాలు, పురాణాలు, సంగీతరాగాలు, కవితలు, నృత్యాలు నివేదించారు.
మంగళ వాయిద్యాల నడుమ స్వామి అమ్మవార్ల కళ్యాణం అంగరంగ వైభవంగా జరిగింది. ఆ తరువాత శ్రీదేవి భూదేవి సహితుడైన స్వామి బంగారుతిరుచ్చిపై అశేష భక్తజనం మధ్య ఊరేగుతూ ఆలయ ప్రవేశం చేయడంతో తొలిరోజు వివాహ వేడుక ఘనంగా ముగిసింది.
ప్రత్యేక ఆకర్షణగా అష్టలక్ష్మీ మండపం :
శ్రీ పద్మావతి పరిణయ మండపాన్ని ఆపిల్‌, ఫైనాపిల్, మొక్కజొన్న కంకులు, ఆస్ట్రేలియా ఆరంజ్, నారింజ, ద్రాక్ష, అరటి, మామిడి కొమ్మలతో అత్యద్భుతంగా తీర్చిదిద్దారు. మండపం అలంకరణకు బంతి, చామంతి, వట్టివేరు, వాడామల్లి, నాలుగు రంగుల రోజాలు, కార్నస్‌ తదితర పుష్పాలను వినియోగించారు. మొత్తం 3 టన్నుల ఫలాలు, 1.5 టన్నుల సంప్రదాయ పుష్పాలు, 30 వేల కట్‌ ఫ్లవర్లు ఉపయోగించారు. మధ్యమధ్యలో క్రిస్టల్‌ బాల్స్‌, షాండ్లియర్లు వేలాడదీశారు. చిన్ని కృష్ణుడు, వెన్న కుండలు, ఎనుగులు, నెమళ్ళు సెట్టింగ్ భక్తులను విశేషంగా ఆక‌ట్టుకుంటున్నాయి.
కాగా ఈ మండప అలంకరణకు పుణెకి చెందిన శ్రీ వేంక‌టేశ్వ‌ర ఛారిట‌బుల్ ట్ర‌స్టు 24 లక్షలు టీటీడీకి విరాళం అందించింది. 15 రోజులుగా 30 మంది చెన్నైకి చెందిన నిపుణులు, రెండు రోజులుగా 100 మంది టీటీడీ గార్డెన్ సిబ్బంది డెప్యూటీ డైరెక్ట‌ర్ శ్రీ శ్రీ‌నివాసులు ఆధ్వ‌ర్యంలో ఈ ప్రాంగణాన్నిఅత్యంత మనోహరంగా అలంకరించారు.
ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో శ్రీవారి ఆలయ డెప్యూటీ ఈవో శ్రీ లోకనాథం, పేష్కర్ శ్రీ శ్రీహరి, ఇతర అధికారులు, భక్తులు పాల్గొన్నారు.
