PARAKAMANI SEVA GAINS POPULARITY
Srivari Parakamani Seva, the ambitious seva launched by TTD management during last week with an aim to enhance the parakamani activity in the Srivari temple, has been gaining popularity among pilgrim masses with the second batch of Parakamani Sevakulu yielding fruitful results with their outstanding performance.
This seva which was launched by TTD on August 17 has officially come into vogue with the second batch of Parakamani Sevakulu commencing parakamani seva from August 20. The 14-member batch executed their seva inside Parakamani hall from August 20 to August 23 in two shifts with the first shift between 9am to 12pm and second shift lasting between 4pm to 6pm.
TTD JEO Sri KS Srinivasa Raju has personally monitored the entire parakamani activity and interacted with the sevakulu every day. The seva has reportedly yielded good results with the clearance of more number of currency bags than usual. AVSO Sri Giridhar and Deputy EO Parakamani Smt Sharada took special interest in guiding the Sevakulu while rendering their seva inside Parakamani hall.
On the concluding day of the seva, the second batch of Srivari Sevakulu expressed their immense satisfaction and pleasure at the seva.
In the words of Mr Venkatashiva Kumar hailing from Kadapa, the four-day parakamani seva experience is an unforgettable one in his life. “My life is blessed for I have got a rare opportunity to serve the Lord in the currency parakamani. This novel idea of TTD is sure to bring more number of dedicated sevaks for the seva”, he added.
Another sevak Sri A Krishnaiah from Karimnagar stated its indeed a great experience to associate in the seva. “To me, I believe that I have got an opportunity to count the offerings made by both the poorest of the poor and the richest”, he maintained.
Meanwhile the third batch of Parakamani sevakulu consisting 24 members underwent visual and theoretical training in Srivari Seva office on Thursday. Their seva will commence in Srivari temple on August 24 and last up to August 26.
