PARAMA PADMA NADHAN (VISHNU ALANKARAM) AT UNJAL SEVA

Tirumala, 10 October 2018: Unjal Seva was performed to the processional deity of Lord Malayappaswamy and His Consorts in the form of Parama Padmanadhan in front of the temple during ongoing Sri Vari Navaratri Brahmotsavam in Tirumala on Wednesday evening.

In the unjal seva the utsava idols of Lord Malayappaswamy and His consorts are placed in a swing in the Unjal mandapam, which is lit with lamps. The utsava murtis are swung to the accompaniment of Veda chanting and mangala vadyam.

The utsava deities was today decorated as Parama Pada Nadhan (Vishnu alankaram) with bright and colorful flowers and jewels and enthralled the devotees.
