PAVITHROTSAVAMS IN SRI KAPILESWARA SWAMY TEMPLE CONCLUDES ON A RELIGIOUS NOTE

TIRUPATI, JULY 21:  The three-day annual festival of Salakatla Pavithrotsavams concluded on a religious note in Sri  Kapileswara Swamy Temple in Tirupati on  Sunday  with Pavithra Purnahuti being performed at Yagashala in the evening inside the Tirumala shrine.

 

Pavithras, the garlands made from special thread are taken in a procession and used to decorate Sri Kapileswara Swamy, Sri Kamakshi Ammavaru, Sri Vigneswara Swamy Varu, Sri Subramanyam Swamy Varu, Sri Chandikesavaswamy Varu inside Temple.

 

TTD EO Sri MG.Gopal, Temple DyEO Smt Reddamma, Suptd Sri Munisuresh Reddy, Temple Inspector Sri K.Srinivasulu, temple staff and large number of devotees took part in this programme.
