PRESIDENT OF SRILANKA OFFERED PRAYERS TO LORD VENKATESWARA

Tirumala 21 August 2016: President of Sri Lanka Mr. Maithripala Sirisena accompanied by his wife Ms Jayanthi Pushpa Kumari
and Son Sri Daham Sirisena offered Prayers to Lord Venkateswara at Tirumala on Sunday morning. On his arrival he was welcomed by TTD Chairman Dr Ch Krishnamoorthy, TTD Executive Officer Dr D Sambasiva Rao, Tirupati JEO Sri Pola Bhaskar.

After darshan of Lord, the President was given holy water – Teertham, and was extended Satari honours.

TTD Chairman, TTD EO have offered prasadams, lamination photo of Lord to the Sri Lanka President.

Earlier the Sri Lanka President along with family members took part in Suprabhatham Seva during wee hours.

Hon’ble Minister Sri Bojjala Gopalakrishna Reddy, TTD Trust Board Member Sri G Bhanuprakash Reddy, DIG Sri J Prabhakara Rao, Suptd Of police Sri Jayalakshmi, Temple DyEO Sri Rama Rao, Temple Peishkar Sri R Selvam, Reception Officials Sri Haridranath, Sri Lakshminarayana Yadav and other officials were present.
