Tirupati, 28 January 2017: The qualities which are required for a human being to lead a righteous path is all described in Bhagavat Gita and every one should be thorough with the essence of Bhagavat Gita to lead a life of values, said retired DGP and Sanskrit scholar Dr K Aravind Rao.

Giving guest lecture on “Attitudinal Change” to all HoDs and HoSs of TTD in SVETA on Saturday, the former Police boss of AP stressed that Bhagavat Gita has a global impact as extensive research had been carried out on it and other Hindu scriptures across the world. “Even today in countries like US, Russia, Germany the scholars have been doing great research on our Vedas and dharmic books and discovering modern theories”, he added.

He called upon the employees of TTD to read books and especially Bhagavat Gita to execute their responsibilities both at home and in office with ease.

The Tirupati JEO Sri P Bhaskar sought Sri Aravind Rao to write a book on Bhagavat Gita that could be easily understandable to school children with his expertise.
