REALISE SELF AND RENDER SELFLESS SERVICE-TTD CHAIRMAN

TIRUPATI, NOV 29:  The Srivari Seva Trainers should introspect themselves, realize self and then should render selfless services to the visiting pilgrims with dedication and discipline, said TTD Chairman Sri K Bapiraju.

Addressing the valedictory session of Training of Srivari Seva Trainers at SVETA bhavan in Tirupati, TTD Chairman said, the concept of Srivari Seva originated out of the service path shown by the sages, saints, philosophers and our ancestors who rendered selfless services to others.

He asked the Trainers who underwent five-day training under masters on various subjects including Hindu Sanatana Dharma, schemes of TTD, Do’s and Don’ts, dress code, personal hygiene, service path laid by great persons in Hindu epics, messages from Hindu epics etc. and apply the essence they have learnt during their training sessions in their real life before they train up the Srivari Sevakulu.

In his address, TTD EO Sri MG Gopal stressed upon the “HIT” concept which implies Honesty-Integrity-Transparency which is very much essential for the Srivari Sevakulu while rendering service to the visiting pilgrims.

He also said today Srivari Seva has emerged one of the chief supporting organs to TTD in pilgrim crown management and suggested the Srivari Sevakulu to give feed back report also to better the administrative set up.

Speaking on the occasion TTD Tirupati JEO Sri P Bhaskar said, TTD contemplating ways and means to identify the Srivari Sevaks who could help TTD in the propagation of Hindu Sanatana Dharma in their respective areas. “In near future we are also planning to prepare a data base of Srivari Sevaks for the same”, he added. He also said, there is an urgent need to encourage the youth to take part in the voluntary service activities.

The Chairman and EO released a hand book on Srivari Seva penned by Retired SV Arts College Principal Sri Nagendra Sai.

Meanwhile, 22 Srivari Seva Trainers hailing from Tamilnadu, Kolkata apart from Andhra Pradesh took part in this training programme.

Earlier at the beginning of the programme former HDPP Secretary Dr Vijayaraghavacharyulu gave a brief introduction about the sessions while the vote of thanks has been rendered by HDPP special officer Sri S Raghunath.

SVETA Director Dr KV Ramakrishna, Assistant PRO cum OSD Sri Vari Seva Ms P Neelima, faculty members, staff members of Srivari Seva and SVETA were also present.
