RENDER MORE EFFICIENT SERVICES TO PILGRIMS BY DEVELOPING PERSONAL EFFECTIVENESS-TIRUMALA JEO

Tirumala, 29 July 2016: Tirumala JEO Sri KS Sreenivasa Raju called upon all the HoDs and HoSs of various departments of TTD working at Tirumala to render more efficient services to pilgrims by developing personal effectiveness.

He was addressing the senior officers of TTD in a workshop organised by SVETA in conference hall of Annaprasadam complex on Friday.

In his inaugural speech he said, emotions are basic necessities of life which may have both positive and negative vibrations on mind as well on physical appearance. “As we all are sailing through tension packed lives, there is every need for us to develop our emotional intelligence”, he added.

The JEO wished that the work shop by renowned personality development expert Sri Kota Siva Kumar of InSAI HR consultancy Firm will enhance the personality deveopment skills among the officers.

Later Sri Siva Kumar explained with instances about how to over come emotions, understanding emotions, how to deal with them and how to balance life with the help of creative energy in an elaborated manner.

SVETA HR Convenor Col Chandrasekhar Manda and other senior officers were also present.
