RS COMMITTEE INSPECTS MTVAC

Tirumala, 13 October 2016: The 11-member Rajya Sabha committee on Subordinate Legislation lead by Dr T Subbirami Reddy inspected the Matrusri Tarigonda Vengamamba Annaprasadam Complex in Tirumala on Thursday evening.

The committee inspected the huge quantity of food, curry, sambar, rasam that are being prepared and served to pilgrims in a big way in this massive annaprasadam complex.

They also inspected vegetable cold storage room, buffet hall and other mechanism being opted in the complex.

Later the chairman of the committee appreciated the free food service being rendered by TTD to multiple pilgrims in a hygienic environment.

Special Officer of Annaprasadam wing, Smt Chenchulakshmi was also present.
