SAINT POET CD RELEASED

Tirupati, 4 July 2015: A new audio CD of the rare sankeertans of saint poet Sri Tallapaka Annamacharya sung by Smt Vandana was released by by Smt.Jyotishnathi Sambasiva Rao who graced the occasion as special guest released the CD-Annamaiah Sankeertana Neerajanam, music composed and rendered by Smt vandana in Tirupati.

The CD released event took place in Annamacharya Kalamandiram on Saturday evening. Speaking on this occasion the Incharge Director and Spl Gr Dy EO Sri Munirathnam Reddy said, on the advent of auspicious Shravana naksthatra, which happens to be the birth star of Lord Venkateswara, TTD has been releasing one new CD every month.

He said, Smt Dr K Vandana, faculty in SV Dance and Music college has rendered ten new kritis in a melodious way. He said, the CDs are receiving huge response from music lovers and the sales of the CDs is also overwhelming.

Later Smt Vandana rendered some keertans.
