TIRUPATI, 15 JULY 2021: Feel the presence of Sri Venkateswara Swamy in every devotee and render the best possible dedicated services to them said TTD JEO Smt Sada Bhargavi.

Addressing the 119 employees who got recruited on compassionate grounds recently at SVETA building in Tirupati on Thursday, the JEO, who commenced the induction training programme said it is a divine opportunity to get a job in TTD. Everyone should feel it as a privilege to serve the almighty rather than look at it as a mere job.

She said with the initiative of TTD EO Dr KS Jawahar Reddy, the compassionate appointments which have been pending for a long time, are being carried out in a month’s time. Under the instructions of Eo, guidelines have also been formulated to carry out such appointments without any delay. She said, all the employees should offer sincere services and enhance the image of the institution on the global map. She said the training programme for the newly recruits will continue for 12 days and they will be imparted training in the ethics of Hindu Sanatana Dharma, TTD service rules, regulations, laws etc.

Swami Turiyananda of Chinmaya Mission in YSR Kadapa district who graced the occasion, in his speech said the employees should not feel their job in TTD is just a wage based one like other jobs. “You are all blessed to work in His divine institution and you should render your whole-hearted services with discipline, devotion and dedication”, he maintained.

Famous Cardiologist Dr Vanaja from SVIMS in her speech said one should give more importance to lead a righteous way of life as that is the opportunity given by the Creator for giving all of us a human life. Every employee should also safeguard his or her health by following certain good and healthy food habits so that they can serve the pilgrims with more energy”, she added.

PLANTATION PROGRAMME WITH RECRUITS

Later JEO Smt Sada Bhargavi instructed SVETA Director Sri Ramanujulu Reddy to plant trees in the SVETA premises with each one of the employees and also hand over them its responsibility. DEO and DyEO HR (FAC) Sri C Govindarajan was also present.

టీటీడీలో ఒకేసారి కారుణ్య నియామకాలు పొందిన 119 మంది ఉద్యోగులకు గురువారం శ్వేత లో శిక్షణ కార్యక్రమం ప్రారంభమైంది. జెఈవో శ్రీమతి సదా భార్గవి ఈ శిక్షణ కార్యమాన్ని ప్రారంభించారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా ఆమె మాట్లాడుతూ, శ్రీ వేంకటేశ్వర స్వామి కల్పించిన ఈ అదృష్టాన్ని ఉద్యోగంగా కాకుండా స్వామి ఇచ్చిన సేవా భాగ్యంగా చూడాలన్నారు. ప్రతి ఉద్యోగి క్రమశిక్షణ, నిబద్ధత, చిత్తశుద్ధితో పని చేస్తూ, ప్రపంచంలోనే అతిపెద్ద హిందూ ధార్మిక సంస్థ అయిన టీటీడీకి మంచి పేరు తేవాలని కర్తవ్య బోధ చేశారు. సనాతన హిందూ సంస్కృతి, సంప్రదాయాన్ని అర్థం చేసుకుని భక్తులకు చక్కటి ఆతిథ్యం ఇస్తూ సేవ చేయాలన్నారు. టీటీడీ చట్టాలు, సర్వీస్ నిబంధనలు, ఆలయాల నిర్వహణ ఇతర అంశాల్లో నిపుణులు శిక్షణ ఇచ్చేలా కార్యక్రమం రూపొందించామని తెలిపారు. ఈవో డాక్టర్ కె ఎస్ జవహర్ రెడ్డి మార్గదర్శకంలో నెల రోజుల్లోనే 119 మంది కుటుంబాలకు కారుణ్య నియామకాలు కల్పించామన్నారు. టీటీడీ చరిత్రలో ఇదో రికార్డ్ అని, ఇందుకోసం పని చేసిన అధికారులు, ఉద్యోగులకు శ్రీమతి సదా భార్గవి అభినందనలు తెలిపారు. 12 రోజుల పాటు వివిధ అంశాలపై నిర్వహించే శిక్షణా కార్యక్రమాలు ఉద్యోగులకు ఎంతో ఉపయోగపడతాయన్నారు.

చిన్మయ మిషన్ కడప జిల్లా శాఖ అధ్యక్షులు స్వామి తురీయానంద సరస్వతి మాట్లాడుతూ, జీతం కోసం ఉద్యోగం చేయరాదన్నారు. స్వామి వారు ఇచ్చిన ఈ భాగ్యాన్ని భక్తుల సేవకు ఉపయోగిస్తే ఆయన సంతోషిస్తారని అన్నారు. స్విమ్స్ కార్డియాలజిస్ట్ డాక్టర్ వనజాక్షి మాట్లాడుతూ, మనిషి ప్రాణం పోయినా పరవాలేదని, విలువలు మాత్రం పోగొట్టుకోరాదన్నారు. ప్రతి ఉద్యోగి ఆరోగ్యంగా ఉన్నప్పుడే భక్తులకు, సంస్థకు మంచి సేవచేయగలుగుతారన్నారు. పురుషుల కంటే మహిళలకు కొన్ని అధిక శక్తులు ఉంటాయని, అందుకే మహిళను శక్తి స్వరూపంగా అభివర్ణిస్తారన్నారు. కుటుంబాన్ని, ఉద్యోగాన్ని సక్రమంగా నిర్వర్తించే అవకాశం మహిళలకు ఉంటుందని, ఎలాంటి ఆందోళనకు గురికాకుండా ప్రశాంతంగా పని చేయాలని పిలుపునిచ్చారు. శ్వేత డైరెక్టర్ డాక్టర్ రామాంజులు రెడ్డి మాట్లాడుతూ, ఇది గోవిందుడు ఇచ్చిన అవకాశమన్నారు. శ్వేత విధులు, ప్రవర్తనా నియమావళిని వివరించారు. టీటీడీ విద్యావిభాగం డిప్యూటి ఈవో శ్రీ గోవింద రాజన్ ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో పాల్గొన్నారు.

కారుణ్య నియామకాలు పొందిన 119 మంది ఉద్యోగులతో శ్వేత ప్రాంగణంలో ఒక్కో మొక్క నాటించాలని జె ఈవో శ్రీమతి సదా భార్గవి శ్వేత డైరెక్టర్ డాక్టర్ రామాంజుల రెడ్డికి సూచించారు. మొక్క నాటడమే కాకుండా అది పెరిగి చెట్టు అయ్యే దాకా దాని సంరక్షణ బాధ్యత కూడా వారే తీసుకోవాలన్నారు. అటవీ విభాగం అధికారులతో మాట్లాడి ఏర్పాట్లు చేయాలని చెప్పారు. ఏడాది క్రితం తాను నాటిన బాదం మొక్క ఎలా ఉందో చూశారు.
